1. Services Provided

Secure Flow LLC offers professional tattooing, design consultations, and related artistic services. Services may be delivered through pre-booked sessions, walk-ins, or custom design consultations, as agreed upon in writing or online booking before work commences.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for successful service delivery.
Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner.
Review proposed designs or appointment details and approve or request revisions promptly.
Make all agreed-upon payments according to the invoicing and payment schedule.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.
Clients will receive a digital receipt or confirmation email upon payment.
A custom billing descriptor (e.g., Secure Flow LLC) will appear on your statement.

Failure to pay on time may result in appointment delays or cancellation.

4. Consultation Refund Policy

All payments made to Secure Flow LLC for consultancy are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By submitting payment, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• No Refunds Issued: Payments will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or cancellation of the project by the client.

• No Chargebacks: Once payment has been processed, the client waives any right to initiate a refund request or chargeback through their financial institution.

• Due Diligence Encouraged: Clients are strongly advised to carefully review all terms, service scopes, and deliverables prior to making payment.

4. Tattoo Work- Refund Policy

All payments made for tattoo artwork to Secure Flow LLC are considered final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Full Refunds: If the client is not satisfied with the design, artwork, or tattoo, they may request a full refund. The request must be made within the specified time frame.

• No Refunds: Once payment has been processed and the client has confirmed satisfaction, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Partial Refunds: If tattoo artwork is only partially completed for any reason, a partial refund will be issued proportionate to the work completed.

• Due Diligence: Clients are strongly encouraged to carefully review all terms, service scopes, and deliverables before making payment.

• Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment. After this period, no refunds will be accepted and any disputes will be declined.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified:

All custom artwork created for the client becomes the client’s property upon full payment.
Black Caesar retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios or on social media.
Use of our artwork without payment or outside the scope of the project agreement is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, client data, and design concepts confidential unless required by law or explicitly permitted in writing.

7. Service Delivery and Timelines

We make every effort to deliver services according to the agreed timeline. However, delays caused by incomplete client input, last-minute reschedules, or force majeure events may result in adjustments to service times.

8. Limitation of Liability

Secure Flow LLC shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or delays.
Client losses resulting from miscommunication or unforeseen healing reactions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases:

Services delivered up to the date of termination will be billed and payable.
Partial refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where Secure Flow LLC is located and operates.
